MVCC PA Local Action Project
"From Campus to Community"

PA Member Survey Fall 2002

The MVCC Professional Association is the first community college to receive a NYSUT Local Action Project (LAP) grant. Our LAP Team Leaders have adopted the motto "From Campus to Community" to highlight our goals of increasing active participation of PA members in outreach and political action initiatives both at the college and in the community. Your honest and thorough completion of this survey will provide us with a better sense of the ways in which PA members already contribute to the college and community as well as the ways in which you would be willing to participate. Together, we will build a more effective union!

Note: We also provide a separate, anonymous section of this survey. In this online version, it's available via a link on the MVCC PA website; in the paper version, please tear off the last page and follow the submission instructions at the top.

For completing this survey by Wednesday, November 27, at noon, you will receive a new blue polo shirt bearing the PA logo.

You may complete your survey either using this online format or the blue paper format in your campus mailbox.
